For telex visa support: We inform you about the reference
for your telex visa support the next day after payment.
For invitation letter: We can deliver the original
of invitation letter to your representative in Moscow.
If necessary, we send the original of invitation letter
with «FedEx», «DHL» or «UPS» - courier service ( for
an additional payment ).

REGISTRATION
According to the existing law all foreign citizens
entering Russia must register their visa
within three working days When staying in a hotel
your visa will be registered in a passport office
of the hotel the same day for the period of staying.
When staying in a privat appartment your visa must
be registered at the local Passport
Visa Department of Ministry of Internal Affairs. Your
documents for registration must be presented only
by the company issuing your Visa Invitation not late
than three days after your arriving ( according to
a stamp of passport control ). If you are late in
registering your visa more than 3 days, you must pay
penalty at the police station.
Tourist visas are to be registered only at hotels.
VISA EXTENSION
After 01.11.02 there is no type of visa
to be extended. Any foreign citizen must leave Russia
within validity of the visa.
In extreme cases when a foreign citizen is unable
to leave Russia due to health problems he may apply
for an exit visa presenting the medical certificate.
Please, pay attention that business needs, negotiations,
contracts, flights are not accepted as reasons for
staying over terms of your visa.
